How do I join the conversation?

Ready for your conversation? Here's exactly what to expect when it's time to join!

When you click JOIN from your home screen, you'll see a PLEASE WAIT button on the right side. Don't worry - this will change to purple and start flashing READY! when it's time for your conversation to begin.

If the button isn't showing READY! after two minutes past your reserved time, no problem! Just message us through HELP and our support team will jump in to assist you right away.

Once you see that purple READY! button, go ahead and click it - this will open a new window where your conversation will begin with your speaker.

Occasionally (less than 1% of the time), you might be paired with a different Boomalang speaker than the one you originally chose. If this happens, we'll let you know immediately and return your minutes to your account so you can reschedule with your original speaker if you'd prefer. Of course, you're also welcome to continue with the replacement speaker - they're all fantastic!
