Can I cancel a reserved conversation?

Yes! You’ll see you may always cancel at least 12 hours prior to your reserved start time. Simply click JOIN from your home screen, then select Cancel Conversation - the minutes will automatically go back into your account.

On the rare occasion that your Boomalang speaker needs to cancel (you’ll get 24+ hours notice), don't worry - you'll be notified right away and your conversation minutes will be returned to your account immediately. Your school instructor will also see this in their dashboard so they know it was out of your control.
