I got transferred to a different speaker?!

Occasionally (less than 1% of the time) a speaker will have a last-minute emergency whereby Boomalang will provide you with a replacement speaker (the same gender of your initial booking) for the same time/conversation – this is OPTIONAL for you to take if you’d like.

Whether you choose to move forward with it or not, you will be provided a bonus conversation credit to your account in case you would prefer to reserve another conversation. Your instructor will be able to see this from their account, so there is no pressure whatsoever to take the conversation with the replacement speaker.
