Can I cancel a reserved conversation?

Absolutely! Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you need to make changes to your schedule.

You can cancel your conversation as long as you give us at least 12 hours notice. Simply click JOIN from your home screen, then select Cancel Conversation - it's that easy!

On the rare occasion that your Boomalang speaker needs to cancel (they'll give you 24+ hours notice), don't worry - you'll be notified right away and your conversation minutes will be returned to your account immediately.
